The Power Within is DragonForce's fifth full-length album, released April 15 in the UK, April 16th in Europe, and April 17th in North American, 2012. It is the first album featuring their new singer Marc Hudson. It is also the second album and the first since Inhuman Rampage to feature a death growl, which can be heard on the track "Fallen World". This album contains some of the shortest songs Dragonforce has ever done, which was a planned theme for the album.
